AFAIK, 1.4 will have it again. For 1.3.5 a fix is easy, see Tips.ToplevelMathMenu on http://wiki.lyx.org. (My last patch on this list did not move the math stuff from Insert to the toplevel.) Günter -- G.Milde web.de
