Sorry, I didn't know that Win needs the pfm- AND the corresponding pfb-files. I uploaded a new package

that includes the pfb's. It should work on win2000 and winXP.
Note2: When you test the fonts with LyX, you'll see that the big operators appear too high. I thaught it was fixed in LyX 1.3.5-nc - the XFT-ttf doesn't have this problem.
While testing, I encountered that all Type1 fonts causes problems in LyX: When you insert a symbol to a formula, the math box becomes larger at the bottom (protrudes over the line base). Therefore the bluesky-fonts are only an option for the future, when LyXWin won't have this bug.
