As long as it returns the resolved path, not the Kuba> one of the shortcut, of course. Currently in 1.3.x we (almost) always use the Qt file browser. In 1.4.0cvs the native browser is used for Qt/Mac, and it would not be difficult to do the same for Qt/Win. The drawback is that one loses the directory buttons that we add. So, that's a trade-off.
