InsetTable stores the width of cells and does use this information to
draw itself. At the time when I changed this value from string to
LyXLength, it was because the profiler told me to do so...

So the poor behaviour of boost::lexical_cast does not seem to be a
good reason for reverting this. LyXLength seems to be better in terms
of encapsulation, anyway.
