Note that the gtk errors was in the gtkmm/libsigc libraries. If the
problem was only in frontends/gtk I would have fixed in right away.
Just added barebones pch.h as suggested, fixed compilation with gcc
3.4. gtkmm/libsigc didn't give me any errors.
