I've attached the icon that I use (derived from a graphic on the website). You'll probably have to convert it into whatever image format windows uses for icons before associating it with a shortcut. Speaking of this, the standard lyx icon is a bit pixelated: maybe mine could be included as an alternative (obviously it's all in the hands of the packagers eventually). John
