Yes. No. The "attached" file was created by typing in five simple chapters, selecting the third chapter and perfoming Insert->Branch. Now this branch inset is in an empty chapter and the old chpater heading is in standard layout. You could change the outer layout to standard and the inner to chapter manually now, but I think it should be the default. < It should be easy to fix now.
