And moreover it will save memory since, if I remember correctly from Chemnitz, the coord cache only contains what's visible on screen. Concerning my lack of answers to your hints in my direction concerning this patch, this is because I do not really understand what it does. I just discussed with Andre about the code that got written in Chemnitz, and I have to admit I did not really understand what he was planning to do in his 'break LyX' patch :) JMarc
