Can we please begin (continue) to post _all_ patches to the list. (If you feel we need a separate list for this that can be done.)
This makes it a lot easier to follow what is up for review or what is
applied to CVS.
Note that you don't always have to wait for comments before committing.
After a short grace period I will begin to enforce this.
