Okay... it appears that we need to take lines 560-715 of paragraph_pimpl.C, make it into a support routine or something, and put it somewhere where also insets can use it. Like escapeChar in sgml.C. Any sane suggestions from those with a stronger feeling for LyX's architecture? - Martin
