I have fixed the last know bugs for this code, and commited the fixes. Andreas, I applied the fix to inset index, for that I created a new function in sgml.C called escapeString, I think that to play safe we need to apply this function in almost all the places where we don't control the input. Martin the code now should be a lot easier to read, I tried to maintain all the previous features for AGU. I think also that we should set some kind of syntax for parameters substituion. I have centralized all the code for substituions there, the only expection is the level of sections. If we agree on a reasonable notation then we can transfer all the code there and have a single mechanism for parameters building. -- José Abílio Matos LyX and docbook a perfect match. :-)
