running lyx on Windows XP

I have followed Ruurd Reitsma'a procedure for running lyx on Windows XP, 
but  I get some erros when tryin to load templates.  For example, tryin 
to load the template for "docbooks_articles.lyx", I receive an error for 
"Textclass Error",  "The document uses an unknown Textclass "docbook" -- 
substituting defaults.  However, I can see that the template DOES exist 
under the "templates" folder.  On the other hand the "revtex.lyx" 
teplate works, but "revtex4.lyx" does not work.

Also, when trying to see if the LaTex configurtaion was done properly by 
clicking under "help" -> "LaTex Configuration", I got an error 
indicating that it is not a lyx file.

Please let em know if this is a known bug, or there was something wrong 
in the installation process (which I have done twice, at least!).
