LyX 1.4 asks for TeX class "docbook"

Hi,
I am new to docbook. LyX 1.3.4 produces docbook output without the URL 
to the DTD after the Public Identifier. So I tried the LyX 1.4.0cvs. The 
one compiled on Sep. 11, 2004 asks for a missing TeX class "docbook". 
The message reads:

The document uses a missing TeX class "docbook". LyX will not be able to 
produce output.

Is this normal?
