jurabib is a bit more difficult: It has a switch "natoptargorder" that
reverses the argument order for the \cite command. The problem is that this
switch can be given as global or jurabib option or in the \jurabibsetup
conmmand. I'll think about that.

This might be possible if lyx2lyx would feed some ERT bits through tex2lyx.
The only bigger problem I see here are environments. Recoding parts of
tex2lyx in lyx2lyx is IMHO not the way to go. And this conversion should be
configurable. I have lyx documents where I use ERT despite the fact that
lyx ssupports the command natively (e.g. font size changes of whole
tables), because lyx does it the wrong way (it changes the font inside each
table cell, therefore the margins are wrong).
