I just noticed that this is a document format change:

I had a document where the page margins where set to "standard". That means,
the .lyx file contained

\paperpackage a4

Now I opened it with 1.3.5cvs and got an additional \usepackage{a4} in
the .tex output, because the "\paperpackage a4" now means what it was
supposed to mean from the beginning. What to do now?

For 1.4, we should subsequently declare a new document format. Then only the
people who created files with 1.4cvs from this week will have problems.

For 1.3, I don't know, since we can't easily create a new format. It is
probably best to remove the "none" string and add a string
"realwidemarginsa4" at the end of string_paperpackages. This will at least
ensure that old files are read correctly. The only problem with this is
that older 1.3 lyx versions will complain if a file contains this new
setting, but this is IMHO tolerable since they are not able to use it
anyway.
