You had uploaded it to:
/LyX/lyxpreview2bitmap.sh
rather than
/LyX/InstantPreview/lyxpreview2bitmap.sh
but I've moved it now.
When you upload a file, you need to specify where it should go. If nothing
else is specified, the file is uploaded to a directory with the same name
as the current group (here to /LyX/). In this case, you should have given
the "Name attachment as"
/LyX/InstantPreview/lyxpreview2bitmap.sh
or if you already are in the group "LyX", you could simply name the
attachment as:
InstantPreview/lyxpreview2bitmap.sh

Please let me know if things are unclear on that page, or if there is some
other way the documentation/instructions could be improved. It's quite
easy to change the help text on the upload page for instance (that help
text is actually a wiki page IIRC).
