I was and I still am.

However, if this would be a hindrance to ditching reLyX or similar, I
can certainly live with the 'polluted' licence for tex2lyx. Especially
now when there have been n > 1 contributors to tex2lyx.

OTOH, I don't really see the benefit of the polluted licence for
tex2lyx. With xforms 1.x we don't need the xforms exception anymore -
unless one wants to create a precedence to silently extend the xforms
exception to cover Qt/Win32.
