You need to run this from a shell where CVSROOT is declared correctly,
so that the documentation can be extracted from its repository.

I did not correct the po files in 1.4.0cvs, I think all these entries
are in fuzzy state. I guess that we are going to copy the 1.3.x po
files to 1.4.0cvs eventually (except those which have been updated,
maybe).
