I've found a few brown-paper-bag-style bugs. One of them must have been
in for ages (Paragraph::operator=()), the rest is from yesterday.
As I still can't access CVS from here I created a 'manually beautified'
patch with makepatch.sh. This might not apply cleanly but if not it
should be obvious what needs to be done. So it would be nice if someone
applied this to his own tree, check for compilation and commit.
Changelog would be something like
* cursor.[Ch] (reset): take main text inset as argument
* BufferView: adjust
* BufferView_pimpl.C: adjust
* paragraph.[Ch]: fix completely broken operator=()
