This is 'large' but mostly purely mechanical: rename TextCursor::cursor to cursor_ and provide accessot functions. Same for the selection anchor.
The idea is to encapsulate the cursor accesses from within LyXText to make the shift to the global cursor easier. Incidentilayy, this also fixes a bug when we return a reference to a temporary from selBegin/selEnd.
