I see this too. Actually, it's very easy to reproduce: create a document with the content normal emphasized normal where "emphasized" is emphasized. Save, close, reopen, try to view DVI. > Did you actually play with colors? Not necessary. It seems necessary to close and reopen the buffer, though. Jürgen.
