I have installed both lyx-1.3.2 from fink sources (lyx-qt) and a lyx-1.3.3 binary from http://www.18james.com/lyx_on_aqua.html on a Mac-Power-Book running OS-X 10.3.2. The following problem applies to both:
Inserting a float table and than generating a table within the float-box does not result in valid code. Either the pdblatex previewer generates error boxes or, when the respective .tex-file is translated to pdf using pdflatex from the command line, a valid pdf-file is generated, but the float table is not contained (visible). I attach the lyx-code for illustration.
