Thank you very much for you committing the patch. I apologize that I did not respond to your former email. I was feeling a little bit sick today and I also had to take care of Christmas and business issues.
As mentioned before, I am in the process of integrating your charstyle code into insetcollapsable. The patch is already 80% complete but I simply did not find the time to add the missing bits (testing, lyx2lyx conversion, etc.). Maybe tomorrow...
