Yes... <emph type="italic">... </emph>.

...which will also need support for a 'latexparam' type of parameter
for the CharStyle inset. That's the next thing to be added, so it can
have the value "role=&quot;noun%quot;".

It is very useful. Don't expect it to be 100% though. Just like on the
LaTeX side, sometimes you'll lose something when converting to another
textclass.
