Hello,
I am cleaning the linuxdoc and docbook code.

Attached follows a path, where I move some functions and factorise code like
it is done with the latex backend.

        +720 lines
        - 816 lines

This bit intends to catch André's attention. ;-)

After this I intend to work further in the linuxdocParagraph and
docbookParagraph to make the code easier to understand. It will follow a
recursive scheme instead of the present iterative approach. This will prove
to be easier to understand and debug. Again this will mimic the latex code.

        Comments.

LyX and docbook, a perfect match. :-)
