There is one problem left:
the branches color does not immediately change on screen. XForms has the
following hack:
// Make sure that new colour is also displayed ;-)
lyxColorHandler->getGCForeground(c);
lyxColorHandler->updateColor(c);
Don't know what to do in qt. John?
BTW: (un)collapsing branches changes the document's state to "changed" (in
both frontends).
