On the one hand, "default" is not very helpful, since it doesn't convey
concrete information. On the other, the user should be able to see
what default looks like in the main lyx screen anyway.

I would be all for "Default" if we had instant-apply in our dialogs. But
we do not. So I'd probably want to avoid it.

Actually, if we /do/ have it, it's probably  better as a separate
checkbox: disabling  the checkbox enables the combo box so the user can
specify what they want. Having two entries on a combo box that
essentially  have the same result can get confusing.
