Well I hope I can put this without pissing anybody off in the new sugary-sweet world of lyx-devel ;) First off, I've had to get that most damned of all things, a Real Job. I haven't started yet but I doubt of the time I will have to spare, I'll be spending much on lyx. Second, multiple catastrophic hard disk failures put a kibbosh on things for a while and I haven't had the energy to get a real working environment back up and running. Finally, I feel I'd be wasting my time on the CVS HEAD tree given the state it's in, and backporting stuff is tedious and distinctly un-fun work. So yeah, I am.
