I've been sitting on this all month, but I do think that this is about ready to go in.
Attached is a rewrite of the BibTeX inset so that it derives direct from InsetOld rather than from the totally inappropriate InsetCommand. I've also played with the xforms dialog and I'd appreciate any feedback... -- Angus
