I don't have time to figure out how to fix this right, but I had to change
FRONTENDS_PROGS = lyx-xforms
to
FRONTENDS_PROGS = lyx-xforms$(EXEEXT)
in src/Makefile for Cygwin to build correctly with latest CVS.
Jean-Marc, can you fix this?
