I am currently having a bit trouble with the fact that there is no
"empty" InsetText.

An InsetText always contains at least one paragraph which needs layout
and changetracking information, and therefore we "need" to pass this
information to the InsetText constructor.

This makes things a bit more messy and create more interdepenencies as
the bare minimum especially as all the more complex insets inherit
this ugliness.

Question therefore: Can anybody think of a reason other than "historical
evidence" that an InsetText really _needs_ at least one paragraph?

[Of course, a paragraph needs to be there as soon as the user cursor
gets close...]
