Actually, this problem occurs when two documents are in the buffer and Changes-tracking is used. Somehow, the Changes features does not work well when there's more than one document is in the buffer (or another had been loaded prior to the current document!). In that case, the crash occurs any time when you position the cursor in one of the marked Changed text fields. Does that give a better clue? Rob.
