I'm in favour of this. After all, _bv_ is a lightweight object, so why to
share it between lyxtexts.
Doing so we would also 1a) avoid passing bv's around or 1b) avoid having to
reset the stored bv for all insettext's lyxtext on document switching, and
2) eliminate the need of the textcache. Not big wins, but don't see a
reason for not doing it.
