I have been trying to find an answer to that question for a few years now ;-} A difference is the scrollbar handling, but as "big" nested insets could use scrollbars as well, "unifying" the LyXText does not sound like a bad idea.... > Question 3): Is there a plan already to upgrade/correct/replace LyXText and > I am wasting time looking at it?
