Maybe I forgot to commit lib/ui/default.ui
Can you modify your local copy, replacing "external-insert" with
"dialog-show-new-inset external"? (I think that this is the correct
syntax. have a look at the citation entry in the same file.)
Ditto replace "buffer-child-insert" with
"dialog-show-new-inset include"
