That is how it worked before I did any changes now...
But perhaps we should check for version.
What I plan to do is to have a --with-pspell that have the overall
feature on/off, defaults to on. There should perhaps also be a version
check there. Code compiled is not selected by a config.h macro, but by
a automake conditional instead. Checking for pspell/pspell.h and
libpspell are always done.
