I think that you don't need any special lyx keymap. You should setup X to
work with your keyboard. That can simply amount to add
Option "XkbLayout" "it"
to a relevant InputDevice of your XF86Config-4 config file.
I succesfully use an italian keyboard like this. (LyX and other
applications). If this doesn't work, try asking in the users list or have a
look to the X documentation (man XF86Config for instance).
