That was with xforms-1.0RC4. Meanwhile I have installed xforms-1.0-release and there the SHARED libflimage has it's dependency on libjpeg (and libforms) built into it -- as it should be. Thus the detection of libflimage now works FOR ME (and everything else too, thanks to some hints from the list), it will however still fail for STATIC libraries!! regards Peter Breitenlohner <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
