Hello, I am planing on writing a tool which allows multiple authors to edit the same LyX document and synchronize their efforts easily.
In order to do this it will be neccessary to assign a unique identifier to every element of a document. Obviously, these identifiers should not be harmed when changing and saving the document. I'd therefore like to know if it is possible to have comments in LyX files. So far I've been using lables for the purpose described above which however disturbs editing. Regards, eike
