Add libtexparser.la and texparser.lo to src/tex2lyx/.csvignore

Hi,

Just a tiny detail when updating cvs :

$ cvs update
[...]
? src/tex2lyx/libtexparser.la
? src/tex2lyx/texparser.lo
[..]

Apparently they are missing in the .cvsignore file of the corresponding directory.
