I _think_ that theLockingInset (which is just text->the_locking_inset)
is the locked inset that is at top level. From what I have understood
(which is really not much) many of the nice problems with
insets-in-inset comes from the fact that you have to hunt for the real
locking inset.

But then, it might be that I am completely wrong.
