BUG: --export ps broken in 1.3.0 qt

Hello,

I couldn't find this one in bugzilla and I don't remeber it being on the list.

lyx-1.3.0 --export ps is broken wit the qt-frontend.

Output is:

QFont: Must construct a QApplication before a QFont

With the XFroms-frontend everything works like a charm.
