The only place that stores this information is the CVS subdirectory in each directory in the tree. So, in theory it's certainly possible. In practice, however, it's a real pain in the butt. Personally I think I would make a diff of my tree against curent cvs, checkout the branch and then apply the diff. I attach a small tar ball that will expand to angus/devel/CVS/* angus/devel-13x/CVS/* As you see, it should be possible to write a script but it's too late to analyse the differences. -- Angus
