Hi all, I have just installed LyX 1.2.3 on a RedHat 8.0 box from the RPM found by the link from lyx.org official website. It seems to have a new issue of the minibuffer; since I was not sure whether it is a feature or a bug, I decided to write to the mailing list before submitting a bug report.
Namely, in my old 1.1.6fix4 it was enough to click the mouse on the minibuffer and then one could type commands in there. If I try the same trick in 1.2.3, I can not get the minibuffer active just by clicking (or by any other means). Maybe it's my lazyness when reading documentation (if this is the case, please excuse me), but something seems to be wrong (or just different). I have not tried 1.2.3 on any other distros yet, perhaps this could give more information, whether this is the issue oh RH80 RPMs only or the whole 1.2.3. Any comments are appreciated.
