Bug: Crash in save/save as.

Hi,

This bug occours in 1.3.0 with qt 2.3.1:

Create a new document then open the 'save' or 'save as' dialogs. Type as
the filename '~' or '~/' (like browsing to reach the home directory) or
'~/file.lyx'. This leads to a crash.

Typing '~user' or '~user/file.lyx' works well, though.
