It seems that I use not use "target milestone" in the same way you do. I use it both as a way to say that "this must be fixed", but that it must be fixed is also communicated with the severity and the priority. The target milestone also says when bugs to look into before release, if it is decided that this problem is minor etc. The target milestone can be removed. -- Lgb
