666 must be fixed before release, it's useless otherwise... 638 is a relyx not lyx2lyx problem. It just needs some minor triage to make sure the problem is not in lyx code itself, but in relyx, and then it can be moved off the 1.3.0 radar, since relyx is entirely unmaintained.
