xforms problems

Hi Angus,

I have collected a few xforms (1.0) problems that you could put on the 1.0.1 todo list. (Just if you like to, of course :-) )

- xforms does not update the screen correctly when you switch between
menus; the same problem occurs if you open the same choice box
several times

- xforms does not underline shortcuts correctly in a choice box. Instead
a square is printed after the character that is to be underlined
(even if this is a font problem, xforms should handle it because
it appears on a regular SuSE Linux system)

- The focus does not switch into an already open find & replace dialog.
This is bad, because I want to keep the F&R dialog open and after
pressing CTRL-F, I would like to be able to enter the search phrase
directly.

- German umlauts are not accepted as shortcuts in the menus
