But it is a bad idea in my opinion (the fix in general I mean not the
particular code lines), anyway I just want to have the lines there so
that I don't have to download an earlier version to see how to fix it,

I've no real problem with including #if 0 stuff, even if it's pointless
as it will undoubtedly just sit there eating screen estate for months
I hope not :) anyway we need a general fix for PgUp/Down to scroll on
real screen estate and not on cursor rows, but that's probably something
for 1.3.x (x > 0) or 1.4.x and not for right now.
So for now your fix "as temporary solution" is ok.
