I think I have finally found a tabular bug that is easily reproducible and - hopefully - easy to debug. (And I hope all known tabular problems are related to each other. )
- Open file "tableerror.lyx";
- for i = 1 to 25:
- move cursor down to the i-th cell/row (with the keyboard)
- click on another X application such that the LyX windows looses the focus
- click on the LyX window title bar such that LyX gets back the focus
At some point in time, LyX will scroll the document, even though this is totally unnecessary. In some cases, the cell with the cursor inside will even be moved out of screen. Moreover, watch the cursor: you can see it jump occasionally.
Any ideas why this happens?
